Lena is a California native and long-time resident of San Francisco, an intuitive, healer, and creator devoted to helping others return to self-love, to find balance and peace. Through energy work and compassionate communication, she helps bring light and harmony to others.
Lena formally trained at the School of Guided Light Healing in Los Angeles, where she studied science-based intuition and scientific spiritual universal laws. She deepened her knowledge and skills in healing and energy work, spiritual alignment, and the soul’s wisdom. Her work helps people clear what no longer serves so her clients can move gracefull through their life with meaning. Lena's compassion also extends to the animal realm, as she offers communication and comfort to pets and their guardians, especially during end-of-life transitions — helping both souls find comfort and understanding during challenging times.
Art and beauty have always been a huge part of her life. Lena studied art, jewelry design, and garment design and construction. Sustainability shows up in each her creations, as she reimagines thrifted and reclaimed fabrics into timeless, useful pieces, while reducing waste.
Within every facet of Lena's life - intuitive, healer, writer, artist, creator, designer, stylist - is the desire to help others come home to themselves. Her calm and compassionate presence helps them remember their light and who they truly are.
